Jimmie Graduated from Limestone High School in Bartonville Illinois. After that he Joined the Army and served in Korea and Was involved in Dessert Storm. After 12 years of service went to work for the US Postal Service where he served as a letter carrier for 18 years. Upon retiring from the USPS he started a sewing machine repair company. He has been a member of the VFW several years witch he has been a Trustee for three years, a member of the Blanchard Honor Guard from the start.
